Description
Haircut 100 - Boxing The Compass
The original chapter of Haircut One Hundred beamed briefly yet brightly, achieving massive success with four UK Top 10 hits, including 'Love Plus One' and 'Fantastic Day'. Their debut album, 'Pelican West', reached Platinum status. After a lengthy absence, the band returns, fuelled by friendship and adventure, gathering pace after releasing their first new music in 40 years.
Key Highlights
- Features the new single 'The Unloving Plum', showcasing the band's joyous, brass-assisted pop sound.
- The music represents a natural evolution, incorporating touches of jangly, Beatles-esque pop and anthemic Britpop-flavoured power.
- The album follows the band's return after 42 years, ahead of more new music and an album planned for 2025.
