Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.

Sweetened with caramel-tasting unrefined coconut sugar and crafted with creamed coconut instead of dairy, this chocolate delivers a luxuriously smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture—completely plant-based and free from dairy and gluten.
Ombar is committed to ethical and sustainable practices: their chocolate is certified organic by the Organic Food Federation, and their cacao is sourced directly from farmer co-ops in Ecuador, with fair trade certification from Fair For Life.
