Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

Description
A well-balanced blend of organic South African rooibos, sweet vanilla, and rich cocoa creates a deliciously full-flavoured and naturally sweet cup of tea. Perfect for adding a touch of indulgence to your day, this tea is part of English Tea Shop's Your Everyday Tea Range, thoughtfully crafted for different moments and moods.
Ingredients: Organic rooibos (88.5%), organic cocoa nibs (6%), natural flavourings (5%), organic vanilla pods (0.5%).
Brewing Instructions: Place one tea bag in a cup, add 200ml of freshly boiled water, and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste. After use, dispose of the tea bag in the bin or compost bin—do not flush, as it may cause blockages.
Each box contains 20 sachet tea bags. The packaging, including tea bags, box, and outer materials, is fully compostable. Tea bags are staple-free and sachets are recyclable, reflecting English Tea Shop’s commitment to sustainable practices.
