Made with sustainably grown vegetables including carrots, celeriac, cabbage, peas, and leek, this soup mix contains no added artificial colors or preservatives and meets DOH 2017 salt targets for soups. Suitable for vegetarians and bain marie stable, it ensures consistent quality in professional settings.
Preparation Instructions:- Whisk 85g of soup mix into 850ml of boiling water.
- Return to the boil, whisking occasionally.
- Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
