Description
Sourced from Mount Gayo in the Aceh Province of Sumatra, this full-bodied, medium-dark roast coffee delivers rich flavors of cocoa and warm spice, shaped by the region's tropical climate and fertile volcanic soil. Grown at high altitudes and carefully selected for quality, every sip reflects the unique terroir of one of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing regions.
This Fairtrade and Organic certified coffee supports sustainable farming practices and empowers local smallholder farmers. Part of the Cafédirect Group, a certified B Corp and social enterprise, Grumpy Mule reinvests profits to help coffee-growing communities thrive. Roasted with precision in Meltham, Yorkshire, it ensures a consistently kick-ass cup. The packaging is recyclable, and the company follows a science-based plan to achieve net zero emissions by 2040.
Perfect for use in a wide range of brewing methods, use 2 heaped dessertspoonfuls per cup for best results. For espresso machines, a fine grind is recommended.
