Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.

This battery-powered sewing machine eliminates the frustration of threading with its innovative pre-threaded needle system. Simply click in the thread cartridge and start sewing—no traditional threading required.
Safety and control are enhanced with auto-stop technology. Sensors detect when fabric is under the needle, automatically stopping the machine when no fabric is present, helping kids stay in control during every project.
The set includes everything needed to create six fashionable accessories: a shoulder bag, belly bag/clutch, sunglasses case, soft toy, scrunchie, and hair band/bandana. Projects are made from trendy patterned fabric, and designs can be personalized using the included water-transfer stickers and application sponge.
Inside the machine is a built-in storage drawer for materials.
