Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

A light and refreshing flavoured green tea infused with the seductive aroma of jasmine. This loose leaf tea comes in a 250g embossed, foil-lined cardboard caddy, preserving freshness and aroma for up to 100 servings.
Use one full teaspoon (2-3g) per person and brew in 80°C water for 2 minutes. The leaves can be re-brewed up to three times, offering a soothing yet refreshing experience ideal for an afternoon break or as a complement to Oriental cuisine.
Green tea is rich in antioxidants, gently raises metabolism, and is calorie-free. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
