Packaged in FSC-certified recyclable paper, these lentils reflect Biona's commitment to environmental responsibility. To prepare, simply rinse under cold water, then simmer 1 cup of lentils in 3 cups of water for 25–30 minutes until tender. Drain any excess water before adding to soups, stews, salads, or curries.
