Inspired by how the Aztecs might have created milk chocolate, Willie Harcourt-Cooze uses beautiful Rio Caribe beans with classic nutty and coffee notes, blended with raw cane sugar, natural cocoa butter, and milk powder for a truly sublime experience. Made in small batches at low temperatures over up to 21 days, this process preserves the delicate, complex flavors often lost in industrial chocolate production.
Committed to ethical sourcing, Willie’s Cacao practices Direct Trade, paying a premium above Fair Trade prices, with Willie himself being a cacao farmer who puts growers at the heart of his business. This chocolate is 100% natural, free from soya, gluten, and palm oil.
