Use the following suggested amounts per serve, adjusting based on recipe requirements:

Simply swap in your flavour of choice!
20ml MONIN syrup of your choice
120ml prosecco or sparkling white wine
60ml soda water
Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently to combine and garnish with a citrus slice.

Fruity; apricot, blackberry, cherry, kiwi, mango, lychee, passion fruit, peach, pear, raspberry

50ml London Dry Gin
