Description
Live Peace is a double-vinyl album of intimate live performances by singer-songwriter Terry Callier, recorded in Leeds in 1998 and 2001. Presented in a gatefold sleeve, it captures Callier with his Family Band in soulful, spiritually charged performances.
Recorded at The Yardbird Suite / The Underground, the performances were restored from the only surviving source using AI-assisted audio tools, preserving the grain and immediacy of the recordings. The band includes guitarist Jim Mullen, keyboardist Chris Kibble and percussionist Bosco D'Oliveira.
From the aching beauty of “What Colour Is Love” to the cinematic power of “Lazarus Man”, Live Peace reflects Callier’s songs of love, justice and humanity. The release is endorsed by his daughter Sunny Callier and features previously unseen cover and sleeve images.
