How to Cook:

• Use 250g of bulgur wheat for every 250ml of water
• Bring salted water to a boil, add the bulgur wheat, and cook over low heat for about 6 minutes, stirring frequently
• Add a knob of butter and continue cooking for 5 minutes on very low heat, stirring often
• Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
