Unlike conventional gel colours, Colour Mill Oil Blend is specially designed to work with fats and oils in baking, dispersing colour evenly for rich, consistent shades that won't fade during baking or storage.

The high concentration means a little goes a long way—use just a tiny drop at a time, ideally with the end of a cocktail stick, to build up your desired hue gradually. Ideal for buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, sugarpastes, flower pastes, gumpastes, marzipan, pastry, frostings, isomalt, piping gel, and cake lace mixes.

This black food colouring is part of a range of over 50 shades, each available in 20ml bottles with a precision squeeze-top dispenser lid for accurate application. Shake well before use, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and follow the recommended maximum dosage of 2.5 g/kg. Kosher certified and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
