Description
A Million Knives is the explosive sophomore rock album from The Velveteers, a Boulder trio led by frontwoman Demi Demitro. It combines blistering rock anthems with melodic indie songwriting, shaped by GRAMMY Award-winning producer Dan Auerbach.
The album channels the raw, heavy energy of the band’s live performances into tightly crafted songs. Its gritty garage rock sound is driven by Demitro’s thunderous guitar riffs and soaring vocals, with a signature dual-drum setup from Baby Pottersmith and Johnny Fig.
