A thick, dense ruby-coloured syrup with a balanced sweet and sharp, fruity-tart kick that adds complexity to dishes when added. Made only with 100% pomegranate juice that has been slowly reduced without added sugars or additives, this pomegranate molasses delivers a pure, intense flavour. Harvested from late August to mid-autumn, the dark burgundy pomegranates are carefully selected for their ideal balance of sour and sweet notes. Approximately 340g of pure pomegranate juice are reduced to create each 250ml bottle.

Recognized as a two-star winner at the Great Taste Awards 2020, it was described by judges as 'flawless' in texture, 'powerfully pomegranate', and 'wonderfully pure' with notable complexity. A staple in Persian, Levantine, and Eastern Mediterranean cuisines, it's ideal for marinades, dressings, glazes for meat or poultry, and drizzling over roasted vegetables, fruit, or yoghurt. Also perfect as a cocktail cordial or mixed with prosecco.
