Limited vinyl LP pressing of the debut studio album by Las Vegas-based alt-rock band Panic! At The Disco. Produced by Matt Squire, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out was released on September 27, 2005, through Decaydance and Fueled by Ramen. The album was recorded at SOMD! Studios in College Park, Maryland, over several weeks in June 2005, just one month after the band members graduated high school. With lyrics penned by lead guitarist and backing vocalist Ryan Ross, the record explores themes including the sanctity of marriage, adultery, mental health, alcoholism, and prostitution. Stylistically, the album is split into two distinct halves: the first blends pop punk with electronic elements, while the second embraces traditional instrumentation with baroque pop and swing influences. This release marked the band's breakthrough after gaining attention from Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, who signed them to his Decaydance imprint based solely on their online demos.
