This dark milk chocolate contains only the same amount of added sugar as a 70% dark chocolate, making it a uniquely balanced indulgence. Made in small batches at low temperatures over up to 21 days, it preserves the pure, natural flavors of fine cacao—unlike industrial chocolate, which takes just a few hours.
Artisan, bean-to-bar chocolate made with 100% natural ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, and milk powder (18%). Free from soya, gluten, and palm oil. Ethically sourced through Direct Trade by Willie Harcourt-Cooze, a cacao farmer and pioneer who founded the UK’s first artisan bean-to-bar chocolate factory in 2008.
