Godsticks - VOiD [CD]

UK prog rockers Godsticks deliver their long-awaited new studio album, VOiD, available here on CD Digipack edition. This release captures the band's darkest, heaviest, and most uncompromising work to date, reflecting deep disillusionment with modern division and ideological rigidity.

VOiD lyrically and musically explores a retreat into a personal void, driven by frustration with the binary nature of modern discourse. The record chooses introspection over confrontation, balancing misanthropy with optimism, and isolation with connection, as explored through the lyrics of Darran Charles (vocals/lyricist).

• The band's darkest, heaviest, and most uncompromising album to date.
• Features the first line-up change in twelve years with the introduction of new bassist Francis George.
• Includes contributions from long-standing collaborators Tom Price and Gavin Bushell.
• The writing process was exacting, with songs repeatedly reworked for maximum emotional impact.

This is the CD Digipack edition, which includes a 12-page printed booklet.
