• For espresso machines, use a fine grind to achieve optimal extraction

Brewing Guidance:

• Use 7–10 grams (1 to 2 heaped dessertspoons) per cup, adjusting to taste
• Allow heated water to cool slightly after boiling before brewing
• Brew for 2 to 4 minutes depending on method
• Serve immediately in a pre-warmed cup for best flavor
