Simply whisk 75g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, bring back to the boil while whisking occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes for a delicious, creamy soup. Ideal for professional kitchens, this vegetarian-friendly soup contains no added artificial colors or preservatives and is bain marie stable for easy serving. Made with sustainably grown leeks (6.1%), potatoes (3.3%), spring onions (2.7%), and enriched with spinach and turmeric for flavor and color.
