Free Planet Volume 2

The critically acclaimed space opera returns in Free Planet Volume 2, continuing the saga of the first completely free planet in human history. This installment delves deeper into sci-fi military action, intense interpersonal drama, and complex geopolitical maneuvering as the planet navigates its precarious position between a corporate-dominated oligarchy and a bellicose empire.

As the heroes of the Freedom Guard strive to protect their world from external threats, they must also confront internal struggles including food riots, domestic terrorism, rebellious indigenous populations, and separatist movements. The narrative explores the sacrifices, discipline, and authority required to maintain freedom, all while the team's bonds are tested by the fundamental question of what true freedom entails.

This volume collects issues #9-14 of the Free Planet series, offering a rich blend of literature and art, crafted with extensive real-world research and design work by Aubrey Sitterson and Jed Dougherty.
