Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

Not overly sweet, this luxurious bar delivers a rich, smooth experience with every bite. Made in small batches at low temperatures over up to 21 days, it preserves the delicate characteristics of single-estate cacao, much like fine wine.
Willie's Cacao is committed to ethical sourcing through Direct Trade, ensuring farmers are fairly compensated—Willie himself is a cacao farmer who pioneered the UK’s first artisan ‘bean to bar’ chocolate factory in 2008. This bar is 100% natural, free from soya, gluten, and palm oil, making it a pure indulgence for discerning chocolate lovers.
