- All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified.

- Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Military Addresses in EU countries.

Pack your item in its original condition with all tags attached. Use our return label or your own shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Return Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and opened personal care items cannot be returned.
FAQ
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.
What this means for you: We include VAT in all prices and handle all customs duties for European customers. Your orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), so you won't pay any additional fees on arrival.

Splendidly politically incorrect by today’s standards but a bit of fun. Set in Nigeria but I suspect filmed in East a Africa - the fever trees in the wildlife scenes give it away
