How to Use
To prepare your meat, add 100g of the spice mix to 1kg of minced meat, then add 40ml of water. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined. Place the seasoned mix into a loaf tin, onto skewers, or onto a kebab spike and cook as desired. Once cooked, allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve with salad and warm pitta bread.
