Our Brand is Crisis follows the high-stakes world of political strategy, where reputations are everything and one misstep can end a career. Directed by David Gordon Green (Pineapple Express, George Washington), the film stars Oscar winners Sandra Bullock (The Blind Side) and Billy Bob Thornton (Sling Blade). When a Bolivian presidential candidate is plummeting in the polls, he enlists the help of an elite American political consulting team. At the helm is "Calamity" Jane Bodine (Bullock), a brilliant but emotionally scarred strategist who has been in self-imposed exile since a scandal destroyed her reputation. Lured back into the fray, she faces her greatest challenge yet: defeating her professional nemesis, the ruthless Pat Candy (Thornton), who now leads the opposing campaign.

Its a good item
Splendidly politically incorrect by today’s standards but a bit of fun. Set in Nigeria but I suspect filmed in East a Africa - the fever trees in the wildlife scenes give it away
