How to Use Renshaw Fondant Icing

Follow these steps for perfect application:

1. Knead: Knead the icing on a clean dry surface until smooth and pliable.
2. Roll: Lightly dust the surface with icing sugar and roll the icing to 2-4 mm thick.
3. Cover: Lift with a rolling pin and drape over your prepared cake. Secure under the top edge.
4. Smooth: Smooth down the sides with the palm of your hand, using a smoother if available, then trim the excess icing.
